How early should I book?
1-2 weeks ahead is perfectly fine. Earlier is better as seat allocation is limited.
How much earlier should I arrive to airport to catch my plane?
You should arrive usually 2 hours earlier to airport to do check in and security in relax. Specially, if you are going to take a low cost airline.
What documents should I have to take airport transfer?
We require similar documents as you would need to check in at the airport, passport/personal ID (if EU citizen)
How many luggage allowed on airport transfer shuttle bus?
We do not charge for luggage, although fair using policy applies, normally 1-2 bigger luggages and a handluggage will easily fit into our buses. Please contact our stuff if you carry some bigger items, bike or ski gears, etc.
Is my dog/cat can travel with me?
Yes, if he/she travels in a cage/box. Please, notice us if you wish to carry pets with you. You should look after the pet documents also.
Do i need a visa to go with airport transfer bus?
If you are coming from a visa required country yes.
What about COVID19? Do you do any extra cleaning?
Yes, we do extra cleaning, and we take 5 persons max in a 9 seater minibus. Check out all of our standards during epidemic
Will the airport transfer bus driver speak English?
Yes, all of our drivers can speak English
Where is the pick up point?
We pick you right at the terminal. Nowhere to go.
What happens if my plane late or I missed the connecting flight? Will the bus waiting for me?
We are monitoring flights, so we will know about the delay. If you miss your connecting flight, please inform us about it and we arrange pick up.
